This product is horrible. Box arrived with missing bolts. Second box arrived with still more missing bolts.

I usually am terrible at putting something together, always putting at least one or two parts on backwards. I bought two. Yes the directions were difficult.

when we opened the mangled box we found there was no hardware to put together the pieces. after a few back and forth emails with amazon they told us we could not get the screws...
